Harshville by Olivia Wildenstein

I loved this story. Even though the characters were mainly teenagers there was still a certain maturity to the book and the problems were very grown-up ones. I also liked how the book were handling people who were different. For example, Nevada was sick and because of that looked different. It made the book more interesting and I certainly enjoyed this book because of it. It made the book more meaningful I think.
Loved this book from page one.

My monster by Einat Segal

At first this book didn’t seem to be that good. Sophie was rather odd for a main character and I just didn’t see the point of the book. But in the middle where all the secrets started to come out, the story took a turn for the better and I really started to enjoy the book.
The plot itself is interesting but still I did not get the hang of it and there is a lot of unanswered questions that even now has not been answered so the whole book is a really big cliffhanger.
Additionally, I really liked the two male characters that played strong parts in the story as well.
The only thing I didn’t like was the ending and I just didn’t like it, because now I have to go on to the next book to find out what happens next.
All in all, this book is good and worth reading but it has a major cliffhanger in the end.
